1. Mastering the time and meals correctly.

4. Do not drink alcohol before going to bed.

Some people think that a little drink of  cocktail promote sleep. In fact, it is  wrong. Drinking is good for people  fall asleep son, but sleep state will always remain in dream or in a shallow sleep period or stage. It is difficult to enter deep sleep; therefore,it  reduces  the quality of sleep.
