1. Mastering the time and meals correctly.

4. Do not drink alcohol before going to bed.

Drinking is good for people  fall asleep son, but sleep state will always remain in dream or in a shallow sleep period or stage. It is difficult to enter deep sleep; therefore,it  reduces  the quality of sleep.
